Shrimp Mousse Ingredients:
- 2 cups minced shrimp (boiled in salt water with 2 tablespoons of liquid seafood boil)
- 1 block cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- ½ cup minced celery
- ½ cup minced green onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package knox unflavored gelatin
- ½ teaspoon Zataran’s liquid seafood boil
- 1 teaspoon Tony C’s
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions:
In heavy large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together cream cheese and soup until smooth and creamy. Add ll other ingredients EXCEPT the knox and blend well. Dissolve the knox in ¼ cup warm water and whisk into the mixture. Pout into a greased mold and chill over night. Best served with club crackers.
