Cornbread Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 box Jiffy brand cornbread mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup grated cheese (optional)
- 1 cup sour cream (optional)
Directions:
Heat over to 350 °. Grease a 9x 13 baking pan.
Mix cornbread mixture with eggs and melted butter until well blended. Add final ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 – 55 minutes (until center is set). SERVE HOT! It is excellent with your favorite chili.
