Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast Casserole Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen shredded hash browns cooked per directions.
  • 2 packages precooked sausage patties, warmed and cut into small pieces.
  • 10 strips crispy bacon crumbled.
  • 8 eggs
  • Shredded cheese to taste

Directions:

Heat oven to 400°

Prepared hash browns and place into the bottom or a large casserole dish. Top hash browns with sausage and bacon. Beat eggs and pour over the hash browns and breakfast meats.

Bake casserole for 15 – 20 minutes. Check, it should seem slightly runny. Reduce oven temperature to 300°. Top casserole with cheese and bake 5-10 minuted until cheese is melted.
